INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003)

Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Personal Data Protection Code"), kindly be informed that personal data provided will be processed by Effebiesse s.p.a. in compliance with the aforesaid legislation and in accordance with the following criteria:

1) Purpose of data collection
Personal data provided are processed within Effebiesse spa's normal activity and in relation to requests from data subjects.
Data may also be used to maintain relations with data subjects for the purposes of promotional communications, market surveys, economic/statistical analyses, award programmes and customer satisfaction surveys. Data may also be used for marketing activities or commercial information to reward or favour customers, in the event of any purchases, through the sending of advertising flyers and promotional paper documents, e-mails and newsletters.

2) Methods of data processing and storage
Data will be processed with the tools and methods considered appropriate to protect the security and confidentiality of personal data and may be carried out both manually and with the use of electronic or automated tools, and will incorporate all operations provided for by law and necessary for the processing in question, including communication towards the parties referred to in paragraph 4 below.
Some of the data may be processed by means of telematic networks, both with regard to local protected networks and with regard to the Internet. With reference to the latter, processing will be subject to the standards of security offered by the network.

3) Nature of data provision
The provision of personal data is optional. However, this may be necessary for the attainment of some of the purposes indicated (the activation of contractual and commercial relationships; sending newsletters, etc.) in which case, failure to provide obligatory data will not make this possible.

5) Data controller
Effebiesse spa with registered office at Via Veneto 6A/8 25069 Villa Carcina (BS) is the data controller of personal data.

6) Rights of the data subject
With regard to the processing of personal data, the data subject is entitled to exercise the rights referred to in Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, whose text is fully reproduced below.

Art. 7. Right to access personal data and other rights 1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation on the existence of his/her personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form. 2. The data subject has the right to obtain information on: a) the source of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied when the data is processed with the use of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the data controller, data processors and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the parties or categories of parties to whom the personal data can be communicated or those who can gain knowledge of them as designated representatives in the State territory, data processors or controllers. 3. The data subject has the right to obtain: a) the updating, correction or, if he/she so wishes, the integration of data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be stored in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) confirmation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) and their content have been made known to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of efforts that are clearly disproportionate to the right being protected. 4. Data subjects have the right to oppose, in whole or in part: a) the processing of their personal data on legitimate grounds, even if pertinent to the purpose of data collection; b) the processing of their personal data for the purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales or for market research or commercial communication purposes.
